Currently, we are looking for a Social Media Specialist interested in managing our social medias. We seek a candidate with 3-5 years’ experience crafting and implementing successful digital strategies, preferably within an agency setting. This role demands a keen analytical approach, prioritising data, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.

What You Will Do:

  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

Requirements:

  • 3 – 5 years of experience as a Social Media Staff
  • Working knowledge of social media supporting tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.)
  • Able to communicate in English at actively is required
  • Ability to take ownership over your work
  • Willing to work according to Australian time or 6 AM – 3 PM Jakarta Time (9 hours include 1-hour break)
